Community Partner Program

Stronger Together. Stronger Community.

At Vikings Edge, we believe strong communities are built when local businesses and community organizations support one another. Our Community Partner Program gives nonprofits, schools, booster clubs, youth organizations, veterans groups, civic organizations, charitable organizations, community clubs, and other community-focused groups a fun way to raise funds while bringing their supporters together for a memorable Vikings Edge experience. This is more than just a fundraiser night. Our goal is to build meaningful community partnerships that benefit the organization, its supporters, Vikings Edge, and our community.

How It Works

Approved Community Partner events take place during a three-hour event window at Vikings Edge. Lane time is $20.00 per hour, per person. Supporters attend during the approved three-hour Community Partner event and identify with your organization. For every qualifying paid hour purchased by a supporter during the event, $5.00 goes back to your organization. For example, 25 qualifying paid hours raises $125, 50 raises $250, 75 raises $375, and 100 qualifying paid hours raises $500 for your organization. Your supporters get a fun, unique experience while helping support a cause or organization they care about.

Who Can Become a Community Partner?

We welcome inquiries from a wide range of community-focused organizations. This may include: Nonprofits and charitable organizations; Schools and booster clubs; Youth and sports organizations; Veterans groups; Civic and service organizations; Community clubs; Animal welfare organizations; Food pantries and community assistance programs; Faith-based community organizations; Other groups working to serve or strengthen our community. There is no required organization size or popularity level. We aren't looking for one particular type of organization. We're looking for good community partners.

What Makes a Good Community Partner?

The strongest Community Partners are organizations that communicate well, actively engage their supporters, promote their event, and are willing to work with Vikings Edge to create a successful experience. Vikings Edge provides promotional materials, suggested email and social media content, event information, reservation guidance, and a consistent fundraising structure. Our Community Partners provide a primary contact, actively spread the word to their supporters, send reminders leading up to the event, encourage participation, and communicate with Vikings Edge throughout the process. We provide the tools. Our Community Partners help bring the community together.

Partnerships Are Approved Individually

We want the Community Partner Program to remain open to many different types of organizations while also maintaining the same standards for everyone who participates. For that reason, Community Partner events are approved individually based on the organization's community focus, fit with Vikings Edge and our guests, willingness to actively promote the event, communication and reliability, scheduling availability, and ability to work within the program guidelines. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically guarantee acceptance or an event date. Our goal isn't to work only with the biggest or most well-known organizations. Our goal is to build partnerships with organizations that genuinely want to work together to create something positive for the community.
